We ship worldwide
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time.
If there is a delay (stock issue, verification, etc.), we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Locations

3. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery depends on destination and courier. Average estimates:

5. Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 days, please contact us.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

We cannot modify order values to avoid customs
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
7. Wrong / Incomplete Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us:

You may request reshipment (shipping fee applies), or

Request a refund (excluding shipping costs)
8. Lost / Delayed Parcels
A parcel is considered lost after the courier officially declares it undeliverable.
If confirmed lost, we will refund or reship the order at no cost to you.
Delays caused by customs, weather or courier backlogs are not refundable.
9. Orders Marked “Delivered”
If tracking says delivered but you did not receive the parcel:

Verify the address used

Contact the courier with tracking number

Contact us if issue is not resolved
We may require a non-receipt declaration form before issuing a refund or replacement.
