Refund & Returns Policy

Return period: 14 days (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations compliant)


1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

This policy applies to all orders placed on our website unless stated otherwise.


2. Your Right to Cancel (UK / EU Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The 14-day period starts the day after your order is delivered.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

✅ Items must be unused
✅ In original packaging (where applicable)
✅ In resellable condition
✅ Returned within 14 days of delivery

❌ We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Digital products / downloads

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

If the returned item is not in original condition, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.


4. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence if damaged or faulty

You will receive return instructions within 48 hours.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for proof of return.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe).
Shipping fees paid at checkout are refundable only if:

  • The item was faulty or

  • The wrong item was delivered


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at globurionllp@gmail.com with photos.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


9. Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier.
If confirmed lost, you may choose between:

  • Full refund, or

  • Replacement order (free of charge)
