1. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments through Stripe, which allows secure checkout using:

  • Debit & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

  • Local payment methods supported by Stripe in your region (if applicable)

All payments are processed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.


2. Secure Payment Processing

  • We do not store or have access to full card details

  • All payments are encrypted using SSL / TLS

  • Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (highest global security level)

  • Your payment data is handled only by Stripe, not by Globurion Limited


3. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and the business, we may use automated anti-fraud tools.

We reserve the right to:

✅ Request identity verification
✅ Cancel or hold suspicious orders
✅ Refuse transactions where fraud is suspected


4. Currency & Fees

All prices on our site are shown in GBP (£).
Your bank or card provider may charge:

  • Exchange rate fees (if not paying in GBP)

  • International transaction fees

These are outside our control.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Re-enter card details

  • Try another card or browser

  • Contact your bank

  • Email globurionllp@gmail.com for support

Orders are not processed until full payment is received.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or Stripe.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction.
